Is ISK for You? Liberal Arts Learning Becoming an ISK Student Student Support

“If you study to remember, you will forget, but if you study to understand, you will remember.”

You want to be one of our Students if:
- You want to be successful and are interested in how you learn.
- You value teachers who are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subjects they teach
- You know that learning is a whole body experience; you want to do/create/investigate what it is you are learning about.
- You desire the freedom and responsibility of independent studies.

Expectations of Students who attend ISK:
Students who take courses through ISK are expected to engage in their educational experience as fully as they can at any given time, to bring their questions or concerns to the school via their teacher/mentor, and to offer their ideas on how to improve and develop their learning experience with ISK.

Most importantly, students at ISK are expected to be self-responsible individuals, willing to be challenged and accountable for their choices.
