Hiking

Mountain biking
Nelson offers everything from gentle grades to steep, technical tracks with a spectacular view of the Selkirk Mountains.

Golf
A popular sport in the west Kootenays, you will find beautifully groomed golf courses throughout the area. The city of Nelson organizes a youth golf club.
